Once upon a time, I painted some paintings. I was prepping for a visit with my brother in Chicago and asked if he wanted a painting. I sent photos of the ones that would fit in my suitcase, and he responded with, "I like the one with the wide red frame." I thought, what, none of them are framed. I flipped through the photos and noted the painting hung on my red hallway wall AKA "wide red frame." I did not dismantle the wall and gift it to him. However, he sparked the idea of the wide frame and here it is.
