CARDS: 50 cool ass, one-of-a-kind, creatively inspiring cards, 2 1/8" x 3 3/8" Each Artist’s Tarot Deck card has four features:
  1. The title of the card is located on the bottom of the card
  2. A graphic illustrates the title of the card
  3. Each card represents one of five elements: Air, Earth, Fire, Water, and Spirit
  4. Also, each card has a descriptive write up with thoughts to ponder and ideas to spark your imagination
     
BOOKLET: 5 1/2" x 8 1/2", 24 pages of words and stuff
The booklet includes instructions, insight, a breakdown of the elements, and card descriptions with ideas to consider and prompts to follow.
 
BACKGROUND: The Artist’s Tarot Deck cards were created by Anna Hoener and Ms. Smart. Anna's imagination birthed the original idea and I, Ms. Smart, ran with it. I loved creating this project, it gave me the opportunity to use a multitude of creative skills, and apply my professional marketing and advertising, know how. The cards are made up of my original art ─ marker illustrations on newsprint paper + photography + (a few images from online “labeled for reuse”) and designed in Photoshop. Anna wrote the majority of the card descriptions, and I edited them. I designed the cards and booklet and had them printed. It was a cool collaboration; we’re a strong crew, rolling two deep.
